    Vacation Rentals

    This service is designed for vacation rentals listed places like AirBnB or VRBO. We know how to flip the rental keeping it “hotel clean.” We know the cleanliness of your rental contributes to your reviews and we understand how crucial this is to your business. We always receive great feedback from rental guests!

Weekly/Bi-Weekly

We schedule cleanings weekly & bi-weekly and do not schedule one-time cleanings for homes at this time, other than move out/in cleans and vacation rentals.

Policies

4 Hour Minimum

We require at least a 4 hours cleaning to secure your booking. Average cleaning time is 4-6hrs with 1-2 cleaners depending on the size of your space, and requirements for cleaning.

24Hr. Cancellation

Please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you cancel service with less than 24hours notice we will automatically charge 50% of the scheduled service fee.

FAQs

  • No! Our excellent house cleaners will bring all necessary supplies to your home. If there are specific products you would like us to use, then you will need to provide these products and we will of course use them.

  • We have sourced the best cleaning products to clean your home using eco-friendly products whenever possible. We want your house to sparkle!

  • No! We know you’re busy so we ask that you provide a way for or house cleaners to enter your home you will not need to be in your residence at time of service but of course you may choose to be.

  • Our cleaners are all pet friendly! Please contain your pets in a safe space if they will impede the cleaning service and/or scare or intimidate our house cleaners. In addition if you have any pets that may escape during house cleaning please make arrangements to ensure this does not happen. Please inform us of any pets prior to service.

  • We at Malibu’s Maid to Order understand that letting someone into your home can be a difficult thing to do which is why we have done extensive work into sourcing the best, most trustworthy house cleaners so that you won’t have to worry! If you worry, we worry and we wouldn’t want that!

  • Yes! We have very efficient cleaning methods that will not interfere with your personal belongings and we ensure that all valuables will stay put!

  • We will wash linens/sheets with each “change sheets” order. We can also iron if needed. Preferred laundry detergent and/or dryer sheets will need to be provided.

  • We are happy to wash a sink load of dishes or load them into your dishwasher.

  • While tips are never expected they are certainly appreciated.

  • We have created estimates based on our extensive knowledge of home cleaning. Once our house cleaners enter your home they will confirm that the estimate is correct, we are confident that we are giving you a price as close to the actual price as we can. These estimates are subject to change.

  • Ventura County, San Fernando Valley, Malibu, and the Westside.

  • Yes! We will always schedule the same cleaner for your home unless there is a last minute schedule change. In this case we would ask if you were comfortable sending a different cleaner or prefer to reschedule.

  • Yes we require at least a 4 hour booking to schedule your cleaning.
